MISSPELLED HIS NAME
The ceremony was so busy and hectic that he accidentally left off the second n in Johnny!
REPLACEMENT SLAB
His first slab from May 13, 1997 got damaged and worn out so they replace it with a new ceremony on July 9, 2007! He back dated the new slab and even misspelled his name with a missing n just like he did on his first slab. They also added a film reel looking plaque that is missing!
