As Matt Brody in Baywatch (2017)

Working out is my biggest hobby. It's my Zen hour. I just zone out

Hollywood hunk Zac Efron is an American actor and singer famous for playing teen heartthrob Troy Bolton in the High School Musical franchise. He's since grown up, manned up, and notably bulked up, showing off his chiseled body in big screen hits such as Neighbors (2014) and Baywatch (2017).
Did you know, Zac's beach-ready Baywatch body was achieved in just two months, with a combination of strict diet and an impressive two full workouts a day, including lifeguard training.
Baywatch co-star Alexandra Daddario has nothing but nice things to say about Zac's physique. On touching his abs during filming she says: "He's like something Michelangelo carved. I've never seen a man that looks like him. It's incredible."

Born Zachary David Alexander Efron on October 18, 1987, in San Luis Obispo, California, U.S.A.
