- This has her birthyear as 1938 instead of 1933 so that she's 29 forever!
- In 1967 she was riding in the front seat of a car with her boyfriend and a driver in the middle of the night heading to New Orleans for a TV appearance that was the next day. She just finished a nightclub show in Biloxi Mississippi. Three of her kids were sleeping in the back seat. On the road there was a section that was very foggy because of a machine pumping mosquito spray. A big rig truck stopped or almost stopped because of the fog. Their car crashed into the truck going like 80 miles per hour! The three adults were killed instantly but the three kids sleeping in the back somehow lived. One of those kids is Mariska Hargitay the star of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit
