Quarter Sheet Racks
Got these to make bacon so the bacon was elevated to cook evenly but they are way too hard to clean to use for that. The only way to clean them is the dishwasher. They still get used often as a cooling rack for when you pull something out of the oven you have something to set it on instead of directly on the counter.
