WWII Secrets of
Secrets of WWII
At the Reagan Library
After the Great War, the war to end all wars, the world never expected to see another, even larger conflict. But the geopolitical issues that were never truly resolved after the Armistice festered, and a new war became inevitable.

In just twenty years, so much had changed. Calvary units and trench warfare had given way to missiles, submarines, and atomic weapons. World War II was fought by over 100 million soldiers from over fifty countries but the war touched nearly everyone on the Earth in one way or another.

Each of them had a story
Some are well-known. Some were forgotten over the years. Some had to be kept secret during the war. Other secretes were taken to the grave. Many stories are only now coming to light.

This exhibit displayed the stories of just a few of the Secrets of World War II.
