You would never buy frozen vegetables when there is a whole section of fresh vegetables in the supermarket right? Well, I heard a rumor that most of those vegetables were frozen at some point during shipping to the grocery store. If they are freezing stuff you would think immediately freezing it and then not thawing it until you cook it would be the way to go. Anyway, I decided to try frozen peppers and onions and WOW! They are great - at least as good as the "fresh" ones and super convenient too!
