Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry
Simple One Pan Recipe cooking boneless skinless chicken breast and a bag of frozen vegetables with soy sauce. Slice Skinless Chicken Breast and Marinate it in Zip Lock Bag: Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar. Olive oil in a pan. Dump in a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables. Remove vegetables once almost cooked. Drain chicken - save marinade for later. Cook chicken high heat 5 minutes per side. Add back in the vegetables. Add in the left over marinade. Top with red pepper flakes.

- Slice Skinless Chicken Breast
- Marinate it in Zip Lock Bag
- Soy Sauce
- Minced Garlic
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Olive oil in a pan
- Dump in a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables mix
- Remove vegetables once almost cooked
- Drain chicken save marinade for later
- Add some olive oil cook chicken high heat 5 minutes per side
- Add back in the vegetables
- Add in the left over marinade
- Top with red pepper flakes
- Mix it all up
This was very good! I went back for thirds! First bite was too spicy thought I messed up but each bite got better it ended up perfect heat. Next time I'll grill some onions and peppers partway as a first step. Thought one bag would be too much veggies but was ended up not being enough.
