Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry
Simple One Pan Recipe cooking boneless skinless chicken breast and a bag of frozen vegetables with soy sauce. Slice Skinless Chicken Breast and Marinate it in Zip Lock Bag: Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar. Olive oil in a pan. Dump in a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables. Remove vegetables once almost cooked. Drain chicken - save marinade for later. Cook chicken high heat 5 minutes per side. Add back in the vegetables. Add in the left over marinade. Top with red pepper flakes.

  1. Slice Skinless Chicken Breast
  2. Marinate it in Zip Lock Bag
  • Soy Sauce
  • Minced Garlic
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  2. Dump in a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables mix
  3. Remove vegetables once almost cooked

  5. Add some olive oil cook chicken high heat 5 minutes per side
  6. Add back in the vegetables
  7. Add in the left over marinade
  8. Top with red pepper flakes
  9. Mix it all up

This was very good! I went back for thirds! First bite was too spicy thought I messed up but each bite got better it ended up perfect heat. Next time I'll grill some onions and peppers partway as a first step. Thought one bag would be too much veggies but was ended up not being enough.
