Chad Billingsley

As an amateur, Chad seemed to have a lower profile than many, but the Dodgers were convinced he had what it takes and made him the 24th overall pick of the '03 Draft. He rewarded their confidence with a sterling performance in the Pioneer League, where he was adjudged the loop's best pitching prospect by Baseball America. Chad goes to work with a 94-MPH fastball and an unshakeable attitude.
