A late bloomer who learned to switch-hit in the minors, Maury Wills made his MLB debut at age 26 in 1959. Wills won National League Most Valuable Player honors in 1962, posting a record 104 steals as fans at the new Dodger Stadium chanted "Go!, Go!, Go!" every time he reached a base.
