Cashier's Money Tray
A cashiers money tray in common use before cash registers came into being. Nearly all stores of 60 more years ago had some form of this instrument. The money tray was locked by two or three secret buttons. Again this tells a story where an improvement is made it destroys the previous method. Donated to Western Trails Museum, through Mrs. Knott by Jack Strange and his Bicycle Shop of 3319 East 7th Street, Long Beach, California.
